As a remote worker, you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home in New York State, with a schedule that includes Mondays from 11:30am-6:00pm and Thursdays/Fridays from 4:00pm-8:00pm. Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional phone assistance to customers, addressing scheduling, address changes, and other inquiries Handle a high volume of calls with professionalism and poise Develop a deep understanding of our offerings, policies, and procedures to effectively communicate with customers Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude when interacting with a diverse customer base Accurately maintain digital records and perform administrative tasks as needed Requirements: Fluency in both Spanish and English, with strong speaking, writing, and reading skills Authorization to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship Residency in New York State Ability to clear a background check Reliable and stable home internet connection 1-2 professional references What We Offer: Competitive hourly rate: $24.00 - $25.00 per hour Part-time schedule: 14.5 hours per week On-the-job training to ensure your success Remote work arrangement, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home Training and Onboarding: Our comprehensive training program will take place Monday through Friday from 9:30am-4:30pm for the first two weeks, followed by a transition to the part-time schedule. You must be available to commit to this training schedule before starting in the part-time role.
