Part-Time Box Office Buyer (W-2 | Hourly)
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Box Office Buyer to join our growing team. This is a W-2 hourly position with a flexible, part-time schedule.
In this role, you will complete in-person box office ticket purchases at major Southern California venues, including Honda Center (Anaheim), Kia Forum and SoFi Stadium (Inglewood), with occasional purchasing in downtown Los Angeles and Hollywood.
Responsibilities
Travel to assigned box office locations for concerts, sports, and live entertainment events
Purchase tickets in person using the company’s order system and company-provided credit card
Accurately record purchase details in the system
Deliver or ship purchased tickets to the office following company procedures
Complete additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
Physically able to drive, ride, or walk to venue locations
Own a smartphone and are comfortable using mobile apps and online systems
Available to work a flexible schedule of approximately 2–20 hours per week, based on venue availability and ticket purchase requests
Able to work within the general timeframe of 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Detail-oriented with strong accuracy and follow-through
Dependable, trustworthy, and easy to reach by phone or text
Strong verbal communication skills
