As a brand ambassador, you'll provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every interaction is personalized, empathetic, and memorable. About the Role: Work as the first point of contact for customer queries, providing timely and effective solutions via telephone, social media, webchat, and email Embody the brand's values, promoting a culture of excellence, inclusivity, and collaboration Utilize your excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences Collaborate with our dedicated customer service team to inspire and delight customers, driving loyalty and brand advocacy Requirements: Fluency in German, with a C2 level of English Experience working in a retail or luxury environment, preferably in beauty, cosmetics, or fashion Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service, with a genuine enthusiasm for ensuring customer satisfaction Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt your style to suit each customer's needs Confident IT skills, with flexibility, professionalism, and a willingness to learn Great attention to detail, with excellent organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving Working Hours and Location: Part-time, 20 hours per week (Wednesday 9am-6pm, Thursday 2pm-6pm, and Friday 9am-6pm) Remote work option (WFH) or based in our Southend-on-Sea office Contract duration: 18th October 2024 to 31st January 2025 Technical Requirements: Windows 11 compatible machine or macOS 12 (Monterey) or later 8GB RAM minimum, with 15GB+ free storage space Apple or Android smartphone with iOS 15.0 (or later) or Android 12 (or later) Windows Defender antivirus software or X-Protect for MAC OS Minimum speed requirements: ping ms maximum 20ms, download 20 MBps, and upload 5Mbps About Ventrica: Ventrica is a forward-thinking, fast-growth customer management business that provides outsourced customer service for blue-chip brands.
