Maxera LLC is a Florida-based AI automation company helping service-based small and medium businesses (SMEs) modernize their operations with AI voice receptionists, automated scheduling, SMS flows, and workflow automation.
Our clients include:

salons & spas

local service providers
…and many other SMBs that rely on phone calls, scheduling, and customer service.
We are seeking a motivated, reliable, and professional Part-Time Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us reach more businesses and book demo calls with potential clients.
No technical background required — full training and scripts are provided.
This is a high-impact role directly contributing to company growth.
Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to service-based businesses in the U.S.
• Send outreach emails and follow-ups using provided templates
• Book qualified demo calls for our founder
• Track activity and results in Google Sheets
• Use sales scripts and training materials consistently
• Communicate professionally with business owners and managers
• Perform daily follow-ups until contact is made
• Support outbound campaigns via phone, email, and optional LinkedIn outreach
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in sales, appointment setting, or customer service (preferred but not required)
• Strong spoken English and clear communication skills
• Comfortable calling businesses
• Organized, consistent, and reliable
• Coachable with a willingness to learn
• Basic computer skills (email, Sheets, CRM-style tracking)
• Experience with service-based businesses is a plus but not necessary
Hours
Part-time: 15–20 hours per week
Flexible scheduling available.
Compensation
• $1,600 per month (part-time salary)
