Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred). • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Ability to handle customer inquiries with patience and empathy. • Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment.
