Responsibilities: Ensuring quality customer service on Homeowner and Auto policies as well as a very small amount of umbrella, motorcycle, boat, etc. Duties include taking calls, answering client questions, cross selling home and auto business, shopping renewals, ID cards, proof of insurance, etc. On a book of about 60 customers Qualifications: 2+ years experience in customer service, preferably in an independent agency Property and Casualty (P&C) licensed in NY Ability to commute to Garden City, NY or reliably work in a remote capacity Experience with EZLynx preferred but not required Compensation: Base salary up to 60k/year #INDALL Expected salary : $60000 per year Location : Garden City, NY Apply for the job now!
