RedCloud seeks a Physical Security Delivery Technical Program Manager to support immediate client operations. Overview: RedCloud Consulting is a business and IT consulting firm supporting enterprise and mid sized clients across the Puget Sound region and globally. We are seeking a Delivery Technical Program Manager to lead and support large scale physical security initiatives across our data center footprint. This role blends delivery focused technical program management with dedicated physical security program oversight, including global camera and security system rollouts. The Delivery Technical Program Manager will coordinate construction, inspection, configuration, testing, and commissioning activities for new and expanding data center projects. This role requires strong cross functional leadership, close collaboration with design engineering teams, security stakeholders, and external integrators, and a high level of ownership for schedule tracking and implementation success. Travel to project sites is required as needed. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Coordinate end to end project and program activities from design review through commissioning and final acceptance Manage a global physical security program focused on large scale camera and security system deployments across data centers Track project signals, schedules, milestones, and implementation status across multiple sites and regions Conduct project design reviews and participate in meetings to ensure physical security requirements are addressed and aligned with standards Partner with internal engineering, construction, and security teams as well as external security integrators and vendors Support data center physical security system installations including access control, video surveillance, and alarm monitoring systems Initiate, track, and escalate support tickets to resolve installation, configuration, or testing issues Provide on site and virtual support during installation, testing, and commissioning phases Ensure timely procurement and delivery of owner furnished security hardware aligned with project schedules Facilitate security vendor onboarding and orientation during project kickoff Communicate regular program and project status updates to stakeholders Participate in lessons learned sessions to drive continuous improvement in security design and deployment processes Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Five or more years of experience in technical program management, delivery project management, data center operations, or physical security systems Strong experience managing complex programs or projects involving construction, infrastructure, or security technology Knowledge of physical security systems including cameras, access control, and alarm monitoring Experience coordinating installation vendors and working with external security integrators Proven ability to track schedules, manage risks, and drive issues to resolution Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across engineering, security, and operations teams Willingness and ability to travel to project sites as required Compensation range for position is $ 117,000 – 143,000 DOE.
