We are hiring a Presales Executive with 1 to 3 years experience for CoFee, our in-house SaaS product that streamlines fee collection for enterprises, making financial management easier.

What you will do:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and explain the CoFee product.
- Follow up on leads generated via campaigns or web inquiries.
- Fix appointments and schedule product demos for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer responses in CRM tools.
- Share product information and resolve basic queries related to features and benefits.

- Strong verbal communication in English and Hindi/Tamil/Telugu/Kannada.
- Confidence and clarity while speaking with clients over the phone.
- A proactive attitude with persistence in follow-ups.
- Basic understanding of SaaS products or tech-based services is a plus.
