About the Role
As a Principal Product Manager at arenaflex, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the company's CDP. You will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Servicing, Sales, Fraud, Marketing, and UX, to understand use cases and segmentation needs. Your expertise will be crucial in developing a comprehensive CDP implementation strategy aligned with overall product and customer success goals. You will also be responsible for identifying new data sources, onboarding existing data sources, and evolving identity resolution models to provide a single view of customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate those needs into user stories for Data & Analytics, technical, and engineering teams
- Develop a comprehensive CDP implementation strategy aligned with overall product and customer success goals
- Identify new data sources and onboard existing data sources to the CDP
- Evolving identity resolution models (deterministic and probabilistic) to provide a single view of customers
- Build and run queries to answer questions and build segment and build solutions for users of CDP to be able to self-serve
- Be the CDP subject matter expert, gathering information to create accurate, informative, and resonant user stories for both the business and the data team
- Deeply understand customer needs to define priorities, inspire the broader team, and deliver best-in-class experiences and enabling capabilities
- Help build the product roadmap, define user stories, and drive trade-off decisions
- Identify new products and features on behalf of the customer, leading 1-2 scrum teams to align on mission and deliver great results iteratively
- Leverage qualitative and quantitative data to measure results, inform the roadmap, and achieve benefit, adoption, and financial results
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in product management, with a minimum of 7 years of experience and 4 years of experience in managing Customer Data Platforms. You should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent and be familiar with technologies such as Graph and Cassandra, ADLS, Snowflake, Kafka, Flink, ElasticSearch, and Rosette Name Indexer. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver results in an iterative development environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Insurance industry experience is a plus, as is an engineering background. You should be fluent in concepts like unique identifier, API, ETL, and have a deep knowledge of customer data integration, identity resolution, and the related competitive landscape.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
arenaflex offers a competitive salary range of $128,000 - $224,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
