In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams—including engineering, design, sales, implementation, and customer success—to ensure smooth product operations and execution. You will gain hands-on experience in product development, user research, and project coordination, while contributing directly to improving product features and customer experience. This is an ideal opportunity for someone eager to build a strong foundation in product management within a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Operational Support - Assist the Product Manager in managing day-to-day product development activities - Create and maintain product updates, timelines, and workflow documentation - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product implementation Project Coordination - Support end-to-end project execution, ensuring deadlines and requirements are met - Track milestones, identify risks, and communicate updates to stakeholders - Maintain detailed documentation of project progress and issue resolution Product Execution & Research - Analyze customer behavior and product data to identify improvement opportunities - Support product operations alongside engineering and customer success teams - Collaborate with QA to ensure product quality and readiness before release Qualifications - Preferably a recent graduate or final-year student - Able to commit dedicated time to the internship - Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities - Proactive, organized, and eager to learn in a fast-paced setting Additional Information - All interviews and communication will be conducted in English. - Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
