Payroll, HR & Benefits Consulting
We’re a consulting firm that helps companies compare payroll, HR, and benefits platforms and make informed decisions. Behind every client decision is a proposal that has to be accurate, organized, and ready on time.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys owning the middle of the process — gathering inputs, keeping details straight, and making sure proposals move forward without confusion or rework.
This is not a sales role.
It’s an execution and coordination role that supports sales.
What You’ll Actually Do
On a typical week, you’ll be:
Collecting payroll, census, and benefits data from clients and internal teams
Reviewing information to make sure it’s complete, consistent, and usable
Tracking multiple active proposals at different stages
Coordinating with internal and external partners to assemble proposal documents
Updating spreadsheets, pricing summaries, and comparison tables
Catching issues early and flagging what needs clarification
Keeping notes, next steps, and follow-ups organized so nothing slips
Jumping in to clean up or rebuild proposal materials when timelines are tight
You’ll interact with:
clients
sales leadership
and remote team members
—but you will not be responsible for selling, pitching, or closing.
What This Role Is (and Is Not)
This role IS:
Detail-driven
Process-oriented
Deadline-focused
A mix of coordination + hands-on work
This role is NOT:
A quota-carrying sales position
A strategy or consulting role
A “set your own pace” freelance gig
You’ll have ownership — and accountability — for keeping proposal work accurate and moving.
What We’re Looking For
You don’t need industry-specific experience to apply.
You do need to be:
Comfortable working in Excel or Google Sheets
Organized and reliable with follow-through
Confident communicating with professionals
Able to manage multiple tasks without losing details
Calm when deadlines overlap
If you’re the kind of person who likes turning scattered inputs into something clean and usable, you’ll do well here.
