Job Title: QA Lead (Remote – Offshore) Company: Amcare Pro Home Health Location: Remote (Offshore) Job Type: Full-Time Position Summary Amcare Pro Home Health is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized QA Lead to support our clinical and administrative operations remotely. This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of documentation, payroll-related QA processes, and compliance tracking across our home health services. The ideal candidate will have experience in home health operations, quality assurance, and medical documentation review, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Review, validate, and submit QA invoices and past due payroll items during payroll cycles Ensure timely faxing and submission of critical documents, including: Discharge Summaries (DC Summary) Lab results Missed visit documentation Audit patient records for completeness and attach all required documentation, including: Consents PT & OT notes from outsourced agencies (Logix & HealthPro) Lab results and wound care images Track and follow up on past due documentation by sending weekly reminders to clinicians and partner agencies Prepare and submit weekly QA work logs to leadership Monitor and resolve missed visits (MV) in coordination with the QA Manager Compile and maintain KPI reports for multiple locations (e.g., Richardson & Tyler), including: QA compliance metrics Past due items Scheduling performance Support process improvement initiatives to enhance documentation accuracy and compliance Qualifications Prior experience in home health, healthcare QA, or medical administration required Strong understanding of home health documentation standards (e.g., consents, visit notes, labs) Experience working with EMR/EHR systems (Kinnser, Homecare Home Base) Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage deadlines and work independently in a remote setting Strong written communication skills (for follow-ups and reporting) Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools Preferred Qualifications Experience working with U.S.-based home health agencies Familiarity with outsourced therapy providers (e.g., Logix, HealthPro) Knowledge of QA processes, compliance standards, and KPI tracking Work Schedule Must be available to work U.S. business hours (Central Time preferred) Flexibility required during payroll processing periods Why Join Amcare Pro Home Health?
