YOU MUST HAVE A VALID PART 107 DRONE LICENSE FOR THIS POSITION BY LAW.
Real 3D Space is looking for a skilled Real Estate Photographer & Videographer to join our production team. This role focuses entirely on on-site capture - no editing, retouching, or post-processing required. Our in-house editors handle all post-production, so you can focus on what you do best: shooting great content.
$17 - $35 The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.
What You’ll Do
Capture high-quality photos, video walkthroughs, drone footage, and 3D scans of residential and commercial properties.
Represent Real 3D Space on-site with professionalism and great communication.
Upload all media to our edit team the same day as the shoot.
Maintain company-provided equipment, including mirrorless camera, drone, and Matterport cameras.
What We Provide
All professional gear (Matterport camera, drone, tripod, etc.)
A fully managed workflow; we handle scheduling, editing, delivery, and billing.
A collaborative, growth-oriented team environment.
Schedule
Most shoots take place Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM, with occasional weekend work.
Requirements
FAA Part 107 Drone License
Strong eye for composition and detail
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Reliable, insured vehicle and valid driver’s license
Basic computer and fast internet access for file upload
Professional, punctual, self-motivated, and efficient
Optional
6+ months of real estate photography experience
Experience with shooting video
Gimbal handling
