This role involves consulting with qualified small-business leads, guiding them through lending solutions, and building lasting client relationships, with the opportunity to grow into a sales leadership position over time.
Responsibilities
• Consult with warm, qualified small-business leads —no cold calling required!
• Guide business owners through our B2B lending solutions and application process
• Build lasting client relationships for repeat business and referrals
• Master our CRM system to manage your pipeline and follow up efficiently
• With success, transition into team training/leadership —support, coach, and oversee new sales agents
Skills
• Experience in B2B sales (lending or financial services preferred)
• Computer savvy: fluent with CRM platforms, email communication, and video conferencing
• Self-starter, motivated to earn high commissions—comfortable with no salary floor
• Excellent verbal and written communicator
• Desire and ability to grow into a training or management role as the sales team expands
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
