Key Responsibilities: • High-Volume Outbound Calls – Engage commercial and residential property owners to schedule appointments. • Phone Sales & Lead Generation – Convert warm and cold leads into quality appointments. • Overcoming Objections – Confidently handle objections and provide detailed information on services. • Collaboration – Work closely with team leads to ensure smooth handoffs of qualified appointments. • Continuous Learning – Enhance performance through coaching, training, and feedback.
