We're seeking a passionate and experienced Remote Call Center Agent to join our team at Workwarp, a leading company dedicated to supporting non-profit organizations and progressive democratic candidates and causes. As a Remote Call Center Agent, you will play a vital role in generating donations and driving positive change. Job Overview Competitive salary: $10.50 per hour + bonuses (up to $50) Remote work arrangement with flexible scheduling Weekly pay and opportunities for professional growth Immediate start date available Responsibilities As a successful Fundraiser, you will: Make outbound fundraising calls to existing or potential donors using a script Process credit card gifts and work with Coaches to optimize success Answer incoming calls from prospective customers and provide information about candidates or causes Accurately record donor information in our computer system and correctly code calls Requirements To excel in this role, you should: Possess excellent communication and persuasion skills Be friendly, patient, and cool-tempered, with the ability to handle aggressive or complaining callers Have a strong understanding of politics and be inclined to support progressive democratic causes Have at least 1 year of experience in telesales, fundraising, or a related field (inbound/outbound calls, polling, surveys, membership, outreach, or proxy calls) What We Offer Two weeks of paid training to ensure your success Flexible scheduling with morning, mid-day, and evening shifts available (Monday to Friday, with weekends as needed) Opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic and supportive team How to Apply If you're a motivated and passionate individual looking to make a difference, we encourage you to apply now.
