REMOTE Patient Customer Service Representative (Medical Exp) Outbound Patient Scheduling (Remote) FULLY REMOTE POSITION MEDICAL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED This is a Contract position that could go permanent Key Responsibilities • Make outbound calls to patients to schedule appointments for a medical offices • Confirm and update patient information in the scheduling system • Provide clear information regarding appointment details, preparation, and follow-up instructions • Handle patient questions or concerns professionally, escalating when necessary • Meet daily/weekly call volume and scheduling targets • Maintain accurate records of calls and scheduling outcomes Requirements • Minimum 1–2 years call center experience (medical scheduling experience a plus) • Strong phone communication and active listening skills • Ability to work independently in a 100% remote environment with reliable internet and quiet workspace • Proficient with computer systems and scheduling software • Full-time availability, Monday–Friday Apply tot his job
