We're hiring a Remote Construction Accounting & Payroll Manager for a client in Central Oregon. The role involves contract billing, job cost support, certified payroll compliance, and timely reporting of all payroll taxes and workers' compensation requirements. Requirements • 5+ years of experience in construction accounting (subcontractor experience strongly preferred) • Proven experience managing in-house payroll for a mid-sized workforce • Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks Payroll • Experience with certified payroll and prevailing wage compliance • Familiarity with workers' compensation reporting and payroll tax filings • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines Benefits • 8 paid holidays per year • 5 days paid vacation after 180 days of employment • Discretionary year end performance based upon individual & company performance
