Job Responsibilities: Assist customers with travel needs (e.g., booking, ticketing, check-in, flight information). Support ground operations by assisting with aircraft loading, unloading, and baggage handling. Maintain awareness of gate and stockroom areas, and assist with aircraft marshalling and pushback. Review and coordinate flight schedules, including seat assignments, catering, and updates. Perform gate and ramp duties (e.g., ticket verification, passenger assistance, safety checks). Process and secure passenger belongings. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of customer service or hospitality experience. Valid driver's license. Ability to twist, stoop, squat, reach, and handle objects. Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills. Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute (WPM). Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to communicate effectively in English. Ability to obtain airport trusted status. Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. Ability to learn and operate a computerized reservation system. Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Ability to adapt to performing duties as assigned. Positive attitude and a strong work ethic. High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum age of 18. Authorized to work in the US.
