Key Responsibilities: Issue, reissue, and refund passenger tickets Book, ticket, and confirm flight reservations Rebook passengers on oversold flights and during irregular operations Perform passenger check-in and seat assignment Provide exceptional customer service and support Operate gate reader/scanner and related equipment Make boarding and departure gate announcements Deliver domestic and international flight files Maintain a timeline of the flight boarding process Process and complete credit card transactions Assist passengers with self-service kiosk check-in and baggage processing Respond to and assist in safety and emergency situations Provide high-quality customer service in a professional manner What We Offer: Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunities for career growth and development Flexible and remote work arrangements Collaborative and dynamic work environment Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance Requirements: High school diploma or GED or global equivalent Bilingual language skills (required in some locations) Applicable valid driver's license (as required by local authorities) Must satisfy FAA criminal background checks (if applicable) Must be able to obtain and maintain airport authority and/or US Customs security badges (if applicable) Completion of a pre-employment drug screen, full background check, and/or fingerprinting (to meet company and security requirements) Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Preferred Qualifications: Working experience with Sabre or another Passenger Service System Previous face-to-face customer service experience Experience working in a fast-paced environment Don't miss this opportunity to join our friendly team and take your career to new heights!
