We're seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Customer Service Representative to join our AAA Northern New England Emergency Roadside Team as a Remote Emergency Roadside Specialist. As a key member of our fast-paced, member-centric organization, you will provide exceptional service to our members, demonstrating empathy and effectively resolving high-tension situations. In this exciting role, you will process requests for roadside assistance, utilizing your excellent communication and problem-solving skills to ensure our members receive prompt and reliable support.
