Collaborating with the Team : Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors, sharing insights, feedback, and contributing to a positive team environment. To be successful in this role, you will need: High School Diploma or Equivalent required (some college preferred). Prior Customer Service Experience in a remote or call center environment is a plus. Excellent Communication Skills , both written and verbal. Proficiency in Digital Communication Tools and basic technical troubleshooting. Ability to Work a Flexible Part-Time Schedule , including weekends and evenings. Strong Problem-Solving Abilities and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
