Job Details: Hiring Organization: Aeetna Post Name: Customer Service Specialist Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree Industry: Private Employment Type: Full Time Work Hours: 8 Hours Salary: $24/Hour Location: Remote (USA) Responsibilities: You will be the primary point of contact for patients requiring assistance with specialty drug requests and reorders. This includes: Managing new and existing drug requests, including benefit verification. Guiding patients through the process of entering new or reordered medications into the pharmacy system. Collecting co-pays and other payments. Obtaining necessary approvals. Collaborating with insurance agencies, healthcare providers, and internal teams to monitor, resolve, and approve orders with financial or clinical issues. Key Skills & Experience: Minimum of one year of experience in a customer service role, handling a high volume of complex customer inquiries via phone. Minimum of one year of experience with Windows-based applications (Windows, Microsoft Office, web browsing, email). Proficient keyboarding skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in healthcare, benefits, insurance, medical terminology, or pharmacy.
