They are seeking a results-driven Healthcare Recruitment Executive to source, screen, and place qualified healthcare professionals across the United States.
Responsibilities
• Source, attract, and recruit healthcare professionals (RNs, LPNs, CNAs, Allied Health, Physicians, etc.) nationwide
• Conduct interviews, credential verification, and compliance checks
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates
• Partner with healthcare facilities and internal teams to understand staffing needs
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement
• Maintain accurate records in ATS/CRM systems
• Ensure all placements meet regulatory and compliance standards
• Track recruitment metrics and meet placement targets
• Provide exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Skills
• 3+ years of healthcare recruiting experience (agency or in-house)
• Strong knowledge of U.S. healthcare staffing regulations and credentialing requirements
• Experience recruiting nurses, allied health professionals, or physicians
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment KPIs
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Experience in travel nursing or contract staffing
• Familiarity with AI-driven or tech-enabled recruitment platforms
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field
