- Guide customers through the application and enrollment process
- Document all client interactions accurately within company systems
- Follow all carrier guidelines, underwriting rules, and state/federal insurance regulations
- Stay updated with product changes, CMS/carrier updates, and internal compliance guidance
- Manage assigned leads, follow up consistently, and maintain an organized sales pipeline
- Meet weekly performance, quality, and compliance expectations
- Deliver an empathetic, professional, trust-based customer experience
Skills
- Active Resident State Life Insurance License (in good standing)
- Ability to obtain non-resident state licenses if required
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and strong compliance awareness
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Comfortable using CRM tools, dialers, and virtual communication platforms
- Self-motivated and able to meet performance expectations consistently
- Prior Final Expense experience is helpful but not required
