Exceptional written communication and multitasking skills, with the ability to navigate multiple conversations simultaneously. Proficiency in Google Workspace and CRM tools, with a strong understanding of how to leverage technology to enhance support services. Fast typing speed, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm and focused under pressure.
