Job Title: Medical Customer Service Representative Pay Rate: $16/hr. Weekly Pay Plus Benefits! Schedule Availability: Mon-Sat. 8am-10pm CST (MUST BE ABLE TO WORK AN 8-HOUR SHIFT BETWEEN HOURS OF OPERATION) Start date: OCTOBER 2024 We offer weekly pay, referral programs, equipment, and even online classes to help improve your skills. What You Will Do Day To Day • Answer inbound calls and make some outbound calls assisting with medically related inquires. • Using computer skills for data entry. • Gathering and reviewing patient billing and medical information. • Operating according to the guidelines of the Federal Health Care Program. • Working with carriers to ensure coverage of medication on behalf of the patient.
