Using computer skills for data entry. Gathering and reviewing patient billing and medical information. Operating according to the guidelines of the Federal Health Care Program. Working with carriers to ensure coverage of medication on behalf of the patient. Requirements Provide positive customer service and empathy. Must have High Speed Internet with modem access. Strong verbal communication and active listening skills. Basic knowledge of medical terminology and insurance processes (preferred). Excellent customer service skills with a patient-focused attitude.
