We are expanding and seeking passionate clinicians who are ready to provide high-quality virtual mental health services while working with autonomy and purpose.
Position Overview
As a Remote Clinician with The Therapy Niche, you will provide comprehensive mental health services through secure telehealth platforms. You will assess, diagnose, and treat individuals across the lifespan while creating a supportive and collaborative therapeutic environment.

• Trauma & PTSD
• Anxiety, OCD & mood disorders
• Life transitions & caregiver burnout
• Relationship challenges
• Identity exploration & LGBTQIA+ affirming care
• Religious trauma
• Developmental and behavioral concerns
Compensation & Incentives
We value your expertise and believe clinicians deserve competitive and transparent compensation.
Compensation Structure (1099):
• Licensed Therapist (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LCMHC)
• 65/35 split
Internet Stipend Bonus:
Clinicians who maintain 10 or more active clients per week will receive a $50 monthly internet stipend to support their remote workspace.

Core Responsibilities
• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based modalities (CBT, trauma-focused therapy, psychodynamic approaches, etc.).
• Provide ongoing therapy and/or medication management (if applicable).
• Deliver crisis intervention when clinically indicated.
• Maintain accurate, HIPAA-compliant documentation.
• Collaborate with other providers and referral partners when needed.
• Utilize telehealth platforms effectively to ensure engaging and clinically sound sessions.
• Stay current with best practices and emerging mental health research.
Qualifications
Required:
• Active state license (LPC, LCSW, LCMHC, and LMFT)
• Experience providing outpatient mental health care.
• Strong assessment and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Commitment to trauma-informed, culturally responsive care.
Preferred:
• Experience with trauma, PTSD, anxiety, OCD, or family systems.
• Pediatric, adolescent, or geriatric experience.
• Crisis or hospital-based experience.
