The Trip Assignment Specialist is primarily responsible for assigning trips to dispatchers and Care Partners on a nightly basis. In addition, the Trip Assignment Specialist will occasionally answer calls and coordinate trips which come in during the evening hours. ? *Responsibilities** ? Assign trips to dispatchers in the Health-E Rides system (approx 700-900 per night) ? Build dispatchers daily schedules with breaks and lunches taken into consideration ? Determine which dispatchers are eligible for certain trips based on the language spoken by the member ? Stack trips to contracted Care Partners ? Answer inbound calls from members during evening hours ? Coordinate evening trips as they come in ? Assist with Care Partner related administrative tasks such as payment processing ? Assist with Level 1 administrative tickets in Zendesk ? *Requirements** ? Previous experience in dispatching and coordinating transportation ? Healthcare experience preferred ?
