As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating laboratory orders, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring seamless communication between facilities, technicians, and ordering physicians. Key Responsibilities: Accurately document changes to orders and coordinate estimated time of arrival (ETA) with technicians and facilities Confirm receipt of dispatched orders with technicians and facilitate reassignment of orders as needed Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inbound calls and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner Collaborate with facilities to schedule and reschedule orders, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery Requirements: High School Diploma or GED required Proficient to expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office software Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, call center environment Ability to focus on tasks and maintain attention to detail in a busy setting Work-From-Home Requirements: Private workspace with minimal distractions and external sounds High-speed internet connection (fiber or cable recommended) to support VoIP communications Access to a PC (not Chromebook) to run TridentCare's Network Performance Test Join Our Team!
