- Tracking performance metrics and preparing monthly reports that inform content strategy and demonstrate business impact
- Collaborating with marketing team members on campaigns and identifying cultural moments for content opportunities
Skills
- Demonstrate 0-2 years of professional social media experience through internships, student organizations, or personal projects
- Apply knowledge of major social media platforms, their best practices, and optimal posting strategies
- Create visual content using design tools such as Canva, Figma, or similar platforms
- Edit photo and video content using tools like Capcut or similar video editing software
- Write clear, engaging copy with strong attention to detail and brand voice consistency
- Use social media management tools, with Sprout Social experience preferred
- Leverage AI creation tools and write effective prompts for content generation
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Sprout Social experience preferred
