Responsibilities Communicate with customers in a proactive and professional manner across multiple communication channels. , Respond to questions, provide information, and promote products while meeting or exceeding customer expectations. , De-escalate customers who are upset with their experience and explore all options to satisfy their needs. , Identify root causes of inquiries by asking probing questions to determine the best solution. , Maintain required product knowledge to deliver best-in-class service. Requirements 2 years of customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or call center environment. , Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written skills in both English and Spanish. , Strong problem-solving skills and a 'can do' attitude. , Proven record of great attendance. , Ability to quickly navigate through multiple systems simultaneously.
