You will be trained on an initial program and then considered for transfer to a variety of programs all with a common goal: to provide exceptional customer service that strengthens the relationship at each touch point. This customer service representative role is phone based... (both inbound and outbound). Programs we are currently hiring for are:  Blood Donor Recruitment  Inbound/outbound calls & texts to schedule appointments for future blood donations and provide reminders Other programs you may be considered for in the future: (dependent on schedule, skill set and client need)  Customer Service  inbound/outbound calls assisting customers  Order Processing- inbound calls from customers looking to place orders  Cross Selling  Outbound calls to previous or current customers offering additional products of interest.
