We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Residential Leasing Agent to support leasing across a 700+ unit scattered portfolio spanning 17 residential properties throughout the Denver Metro area.
This is a high-volume leasing opportunity with strong inbound lead activity and a modern leasing model designed to maximize conversions. The role is ideal for a driven professional who thrives in a performance-based environment and enjoys the autonomy of working across a scattered-site portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
• Build strong relationships with prospective residents
• Convert inbound leads into property tours and signed leases
• Conduct in-person tours across a scattered-site portfolio
• Accurately communicate pricing, availability, and property details
• Manage the full leasing lifecycle from inquiry to signed lease
• Maintain disciplined follow-up and pipeline tracking through CRM tools
• Drive occupancy across a 17-property Denver Metro portfolio
• Work independently while partnering with leadership on leasing performance goals
What We’re Looking For
• Residential leasing or real estate sales experience preferred
• Strong closing ability and disciplined follow-up habits
• Entrepreneurial mindset comfortable with performance-based income
• Ability to manage multiple properties and high activity levels
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Reliable transportation required
• Colorado Real Estate License preferred or willingness to obtain
Compensation
• Commission-based compensation per lease signed
• 40% of total brokerage commission
• High leasing velocity across a 700+ unit portfolio
• Typical first-year earnings range $75,000 – $100,000+ depending on leasing volume.
