- RN License (Required)
- Oasis Experience (Required)
- Medicare Home Health (Required)
Responsibilities
- Start of Care Oasis Assessments
- Wound Care
- Medication management
- Catheter care
- Infusions
- Educate patients on health management and disease prevention.
- Document in Brightree by MatrixCare EMR system
