Sponsor Development Sales Professional Remote Phone Sales | B2B Advertising 100% Remote – Full-Time or Part-Time Unlimited advancement potential for Top Producers Position Overview BL Publishing is seeking experienced outbound B2B phone sales professionals to sell sponsorship advertising space for charity program publications. This is a performance-driven, remote sales role requiring consistent cold calling, objection handling, and timely closing. This position is ideal for motivated sales professionals who are comfortable working independently and thrive in a high-activity environment. We seek Sales Reps and two promotable Sales Pros interested in advancement into Sales Management on a six-to-nine-month advancement plan. Work Schedule West Coast Business Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM PT Full-Time: 8-hour selling day Part-Time: 3–4-hour daily commitment preferred Key Responsibilities Conduct high-volume outbound B2B cold calls selling ad space in a printed program (bulletin). CRM provided with diverse files of leads, analytics, and dashboard to access all company selling tool efficiently to maximize daily calls. About BL Publishing BL Publishing sells sponsorship advertising space for charitable fundraising publications. Candidates with fundraising or non-profit sales experience are encouraged to apply. Qualified sales professionals are provided with proven tools, scripts, and historical analytics designed to support production of 30+ ad sales per month. Compensation Plans & Sales Roles An Accelerated Pay Plan is available during the first 60 days in order to fund sales commissions within 3 days of sale. Special Deferred Signing Bonus Plan 2026 Based on individual sales closed during the first 90 days of engagement, bonuses available are: · $25,000 = $500 Deferred signing bonus · $30,000 = $750 Deferred signing bonus · $35,000 = $1,000 Deferred signing bonus · $40,000 = $1,500 Deferred signing bonus · $45,000 = $2,000 Deferred signing bonus · $50,000 = $2,500 Deferred signing bonus · $55,000 = $2,500 plus .035 for all dollars produced over $55,000 Plan 1: Employee Sales Professional (W-2 Salary, Commission and Bonus Plan) also a guaranteed pay plan is available to some 1099 Contract Reps: Eligibility to Qualify for W2 guaranteed monthly income plus commission and bonuses plan, after probationary period: Full-Time, demonstrate 4 consecutive weeks selling $8,000 in total sales (approximately 4 sales per week) or greater to be eligible for W2 plan. Part Time (4 hours daily) $4,000 in sales is required to qualify for W2 pay (approximately 2 deals closed per week). During this probationary period, earn commission on all deals closed and paid within 3 business days of sale, high earning potential during the qualification period for those that can close and understand cold call selling is call number driven. (110 calls daily F/T with 2 1/2 to 3 hours talk time has been the prescription for success) Qualified Candidates Compensation Includes: Full Time pays $2,000 guaranteed monthly salary (4 deals per week expectation minimum) Part Time (4 hours daily minimum) pays $1,000 to $1,200 guaranteed monthly (2/3 deals per week expectation minimum). Increased Income Opportunities Monthly: Commission based on 30% on all sales or salary, whichever is greater monthly Monthly, quarterly, annual and longevity bonus opportunities for full-time, can increase income significantly Additional benefits included for full-time Top performers selling approximately two ads per day typically exceed $84,000 annually, with the opportunity to reach $100,000+ after year one through residual renewal income and client retention. Plan 2: Independent Sales Professional (1099) – 30% commission on all new sales, payroll periods the 3rd and 18th of each month. An Accelerated Pay is available, pay per sale, within three business days or less after deal closes. · After 4 to 6 weeks, one can qualify to become a company employee with a guaranteed monthly salary of $2,000, plus sales commissions, monthly, quarterly, annual and longevity bonus plans. An Accelerated Pay Plan is available during the first 60 days in order to fund sales commissions within 3 days of sale. Pay-Per-Call Plans Plan 3: Pay-for-Calls – Level One 100 outbound calls per day $1,600 monthly contractual base ($80 per day) Plus, commission and bonus opportunities Performance qualifiers apply (tracked talk time and minimum sales) Plan 4: Pay-for-Calls – Level Two (Experienced) Minimum of 2 years B2B phone sales experience required 120 outbound calls per day $2,000 monthly contractual base ($100 per day) Plus, commission and bonus opportunities Performance qualifiers apply Overview of Plans Listed Above: Compensation opportunities Estimated Annual Earnings on Plans 1 and 2 above (Plans 3 and 4 will pay approximately 10% less based on total sales): (Based on an average ad sale price of $515) · Sell: 20 ads/month: Average performance (~$35,000 annually) · Sell: 30 ads/month: Above average (~$50,000–$60,000 annually) · Sell: 40 ads/month: Top Producer ("Top Gun") ($80,000+ annually) Part-time earnings are proportional to full-time production based on number of calls and contacts made per day. · After every six months, based on retention of advertisers, income could extend $100,000 Growth Opportunities (sales managers)- We seek two promotable Sales Pros interested in advancement into Sales Management on a six-to-nine-month advancement plan. This will include a longevity bonus plan to receive a future stake from the business production and revenue.
