Responsibilities
- Facilitate key Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, backlog refinement, reviews).
- Lead Agile delivery for the development of an enterprise-grade payment gateway platform.
- Manage delivery planning, sprint tracking, and release schedules.
- Identify and remove blockers and delivery risks.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, DevOps, Security, and QA teams to ensure smooth delivery.
- Manage and maintain the product backlog in Azure DevOps (epics, features, user stories, metrics).
- Provide regular delivery updates to stakeholders and align expectations on scope and timelines.
- Promote continuous improvement and Agile best practices within the team.
Essential skills
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master, Delivery Manager, or Agile Project Manager.
- Experience delivering payment systems or high-availability financial platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for backlog and delivery management.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with payment flows and security/compliance standards (e.g., PCI DSS).
- Knowledge of cloud-native architectures, APIs, microservices, and CI/CD practices.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Desired skills
- Experience with Azure cloud services.
- Background in fintech, e-commerce, or regulated industries.
- Knowledge of scaled Agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS, Scrum@Scale).
- Experience working with third-party payment providers.
