HyroTrader is a fast-growing crypto proprietary trading firm expanding its core infrastructure. We are building a high-performance, real-time trading system connecting to multiple crypto exchanges.
We are looking for a Senior Low-Latency Trading Systems Engineer to design and implement critical backend components powering our trading environment.
What You’ll Work On
• Real-time order routing and state management
• Exchange API integrations (REST + WebSocket)
• Risk validation and account logic
• High-availability, fault-tolerant backend services
• Event-driven architecture (Kafka-based)
• Low-latency WebSocket streaming
This is not a standard CRUD/backend role. It’s real-time systems engineering.
Requirements
• Strong production experience in Go (preferred) or Rust
• Deep understanding of concurrency and distributed systems
• Hands-on experience with WebSockets at scale
• Experience with Kafka and Redis
• Strong SQL skills (PostgreSQL preferred)
• Experience designing scalable, resilient systems
• Solid networking fundamentals
Nice to Have
• Experience integrating crypto exchange APIs
• Background in trading systems or financial infrastructure
• Docker / Kubernetes experience
• Performance tuning & load testing
