Job Description:
• Lead key qualitative and quantitative analyses, creating cohesive storylines and actionable recommendations to deliver value to our customers, clients, and shareholders
• Drive identification and development of new growth opportunities, including scanning market developments, remaining current on healthcare and consumer trends, and tracking new innovation and potential disruptors
• Effectively synthesize insights and develop materials to support senior executive-level decision-making, both within existing CVS Health business units and across the Enterprise
• Support process management for business unit leadership, including goals tracking and agenda development for executive leadership forums
• Conduct research and competitive intelligence, utilizing internal and external sources, to inform strategic recommendations
• Collaborate across the Enterprise Strategy team and with business partners across CVS, building strong relationships and effectively partnering with Finance and Operations stakeholders to translate strategy into execution
Requirements:
• 7+ years of experience in a dynamic, fast-moving profession; related experience within management consulting, corporate development, financial analysis, public policy, product development, mergers and acquisitions, or similar role(s)
• Expertise in storyboarding and logically framing presentations, both in written deliverables and in facilitating live discussions
• Executive presence: demonstrated ability to actively listen, empathize, and communicate effectively
• Comfort in ambiguity; demonstrated ability to simplify complex problems and concepts
• Comfort working in a matrixed environment and in managing competing priorities; demonstrated ability to juggle concurrent projects and prioritize effectively
• Ability to “manage up”, influencing internal and external partners, often more senior in job title
