You’ll partner closely with sales, field engineers, product managers, and external partners to design, prototype, and deliver end‑to‑end solutions that meet rigorous security, compliance, and performance standards. Key Responsibilities - Lead technical discovery workshops with public‑sector customers to understand business goals, existing contact‑center workflows, and integration points. - Design reference architectures and solution blueprints that leverage arenaflex’s cloud services, AI‑driven analytics, and secure networking capabilities. - Build and deliver proof‑of‑concept (PoC) implementations that demonstrate value, performance, and compliance for large‑scale contact‑center migrations. - Develop reusable assets—including whitepapers, playbooks, and configuration scripts—to accelerate future engagements across the arenaflex solution‑architect community. - Collaborate with arenaflex field sales, pre‑sales, training, and support teams to translate technical concepts into compelling business outcomes. - Guide customers through best‑practice security, governance, and compliance frameworks specific to the public sector (e.g., FedRAMP, CJIS, GDPR). - Provide hands‑on configuration, automation, and optimization of arenaflex services such as Virtual Contact Center, Identity & Access Management, and Serverless Integration. - Mentor partner teams and customer staff, empowering them to operate and evolve their cloud‑based contact‑center environments independently. - Travel 10‑30 % of the time to customer sites, industry conferences, and arenaflex internal events to share knowledge and gather feedback. - Contribute to arenaflex product roadmaps by communicating real‑world challenges, feature requests, and improvement ideas to engineering teams. Essential Qualifications - Minimum 2 years of hands‑on design, implementation, or consulting experience in cloud applications and infrastructure. - At least 4 years of deep expertise in one or more technology domains such as software development, cloud engineering, security, networking, or data analytics. - 10 + years of overall IT experience, including consulting or implementation roles within software or internet‑based enterprises. - Strong understanding of contact‑center operations, key performance indicators (KPIs), and workflow orchestration. - Proven ability to create and deliver technical presentations to both small groups and large executive audiences. - Demonstrated experience collaborating with sales and field teams to shape solution proposals and close deals. - Eligibility to work in the continental United States. Preferred Experience & Skills - Background in public‑sector call‑center environments, including familiarity with workforce management, AI‑driven routing, and CRM integrations. - Hands‑on software development experience, particularly in building contact‑center integrations, APIs, or serverless functions. - Experience migrating legacy telephony or on‑premises contact‑center platforms to cloud‑native solutions. - Proficiency with arenaflex services from a DevOps perspective—IaC (Infrastructure as Code), CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing. - Deep knowledge of cloud‑based telephony components: VoIP, IVR, ACD, and unified communications platforms. - Certification in arenaflex cloud technologies (e.g., Professional Architect, Solutions Architect) is a strong plus. Core Competencies for Success - Consultative Mindset: Ability to translate business challenges into technical solutions that deliver measurable value. - Leadership & Influence: Comfortable guiding cross‑functional teams and influencing decision‑makers without direct authority. - Security & Compliance Acumen: Familiarity with public‑sector security standards and the skill to embed them into solution designs. - Communication Excellence: Clear, concise, and persuasive verbal and written communication for diverse audiences. - Problem‑Solving Passion: Curiosity‑driven approach to troubleshooting complex integration and performance issues. - Continuous Learning: Commitment to staying current with emerging cloud technologies, AI, and contact‑center innovations.
