Job Description
In this role, you will serve as one of the IT Product Owners of an agile development team covering the build, test, & deploy of the products. You will be responsible for the following:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, and ensure that the Oracle EPM Contract Status Reporting (CSR) application meet business needs
• Oversee product build, backlog, and requirements documentation
• Work with Lockheed Martin IT business analysts and developers, as well as professional services, to accomplish the product team objectives
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and external partners
• Communicate with stakeholders and product management team to understand their needs
• Work with other Product Owners to ensure smooth handoff between teams and understanding of cross-team impacts
• Provide clarity of scope and oversight to a team of analysts and developers to ensure products will satisfy users’ needs
• Ensure functionality and products produced by your team are high quality and reliable
• Prioritize the items in the Product Backlog to best achieve goals and mission
• Optimize the value of the work the Development Team performs
• Engage with leadership to report status and escalate risks/issues to drive to a quick resolution
Basic Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role, with a focus on Oracle EPM applications
• Understanding of IT principles, including software development life cycles, agile methodologies, and IT service management
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to think critically
• US Citizenship required for this role
Desired skills
• Experience with cloud-based EPM solutions, including Oracle EPM Cloud
• Experience with agile project management methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban
• Certification in Oracle EPM products or related technologies
• Experience working in a large, complex organization with multiple stakeholders and priorities

Work Schedule Information
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

National Pay Statement
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $134,000 - $236,325. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

Premium Pay Statement
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is $154,100 - $267,145. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
