Requirements: - Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A college degree or relevant certifications in customer service, business, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience:
- Previous customer service experience is highly desirable, but not mandatory.
- Experience in handling customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email is a plus.
