Job Summary The SPE-Policy Servicing role is crucial in ensuring efficient management and servicing of life and annuities insurance policies. This position requires strong proficiency in MS Office and a solid understanding of life and annuities insurance contributing to the companys mission of providing exceptional service.   Responsibilities - Manage and process policy servicing requests with precision to ensure customer satisfaction. - Collaborate with team members to resolve policy-related inquiries efficiently. - Utilize MS Office tools to maintain accurate records and documentation. - Analyze policy data to identify trends and suggest improvements in servicing processes. - Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates and information on policy status. - Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all servicing activities. - Provide support in the development and implementation of policy servicing strategies. - Assist in training new team members on policy servicing procedures and best practices. - Monitor and report on policy servicing metrics to drive continuous improvement. - Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless policy servicing operations. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance customer loyalty. - Contribute to the companys goals by delivering high-quality policy servicing. - Stay updated on industry trends and changes to provide informed servicing solutions.   Qualifications - Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in life and annuities insurance policy servicing. - Demonstrate strong proficiency in MS Office applications for efficient task management. - Exhibit excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members. - Show attention to detail to ensure accuracy in policy servicing and documentation. - Have a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement. - Display a customer-centric mindset to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
