- Customer Advocacy & Service Delivery: Field inbound calls and digital inquiries, providing accurate travel information, itinerary creation, fare calculations, ticket issuance, and refunds while maintaining a courteous and solution‑focused demeanor.
- Issue Resolution & Complaint Management: Investigate passenger complaints, coordinate with operations and flight crews, and communicate resolutions for delayed, cancelled, or re‑routed flights in a manner that protects both customer satisfaction and arenaflex’s brand reputation.
- Policy Communication: Translate new governmental regulations, corporate policies, and procedural updates into clear, actionable guidance for customers and internal stakeholders.
- Sales Promotion: Actively promote arenaflex’s air travel products, highlighting route options, loyalty benefits, and special promotions to encourage bookings and upsell ancillary services.
- System Mastery: Utilize the arenaflex reservation platform (formerly SABRE) to manage bookings, modify itineraries, and generate real‑time travel documents.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with the Government Affairs Division, legal counsel, flight operations, and marketing teams to ensure consistency in messaging and compliance with emerging legislation.
- Data Integrity & Reporting: Capture and analyze customer interaction data, providing insights that drive service improvements and inform strategic decisions.
- Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and technology enhancements to proactively recommend process enhancements.
Essential Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Policy, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in customer service, travel industry, or government relations roles, preferably within a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to navigate the arenaflex reservation platform, with strong aptitude for learning new software tools.
- Leadership & Organizational Skills: Proven track record of taking initiative, prioritizing tasks, and delivering results independently while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
- Communication Excellence: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex policies in a clear, empathetic manner.
