Making sure that the process is clear and able to move forward. Track the solicitation and implementation of the contract. Top 3-4 Required Skills: Provider network exp Healthplan Contracting exp Nice to have Skills: Pharmacy or specialty Pharmacy Years of Experience: 8-10 Industry Specific Experience - Insurance, Healthcare Description: Lead program management for specialty pharmacy network contracting initiative, including exclusive and limited network strategies. Coordinate RFI/RFP processes, vendor engagement, evaluation workflows, and implementation planning. Develop contracting program timelines, milestone tracking, and risk mitigation plans. Partner with Legal, Contracting, and Pharmacy leadership to support contract exhibit development, implementation sequencing, and operational readiness. Develops project plans and recommendations in support of Departmental/Company objectives and leads implementation; tracks and reports on the status of the project. Must ascertain, categorize and manage projects in relation to corporate priorities. Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across pharmacy, provider contracting, finance, analytics, and external partners. Establish governance structures, stakeholder reporting cadence, and executive-level status reporting. Identify operational barriers and drive resolution across departments and vendors. Develop implementation roadmaps for new pharmacy contracting models, sourcing pathways, and network design changes. Coordinate implementation readiness activities including claims configuration, operational workflows, reporting, and vendor integration. Evaluates project risks, developing contingency plans and responding to change in risk as the project progresses. Support transition planning for legacy programs as new contracting models are introduced Develop executive-level dashboards summarizing initiative status, risks, and milestones. Support development of long-range implementation roadmaps tied to specialty drug unit-cost strategy. Assists with analysis and development of business processes to ensure quality, cost effectiveness, timeliness of customer service, and regulatory requirements and mandates are met. Develops escalation process to channel issues and concerns to appropriate parties.
