Job Description:
• Oversee the design and maintenance of IAM systems, including infrastructure patching, code changes, and user authentication, authorization, and access control.
• Leverage automation and AI to continuously improve manual processes related to IAM.
• Makes decisions aligning with the strategic pillars, while focusing on the end user experience.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of IAM solutions with existing systems and processes.
• Monitor and analyze IAM system performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes by meeting and exceeding the KPI’s and OKR’s for the team.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to identity and access management including but not limited to SOX and PCI.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in managing IAM systems and teams
• Strong understanding of IAM principles, technologies, and best practices
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Experience with IAM tools and platforms such as SailPoint IIQ, Ping Federate, Active Directory, Azure and other LDAP, SSO, MFA technologies etc.
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to IAM, such as GDPR, HIPAA, SOX, PCI etc.
