A company is looking for a Trainer Consultant to participate in the design, development, and implementation of training programs for a digital transformation project.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct training needs assessments and develop training plans in collaboration with client stakeholders
• Create and develop comprehensive training materials and e-learning modules tailored to various target audiences
• Deliver training sessions and provide ongoing support and documentation for post-training follow-ups
Required Qualifications
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in delivering in-person and virtual training sessions
• At least 2 years of experience in training for a high-volume contact center
• Minimum of 2 years of experience delivering training for the SAP S/4 HANA system
• Experience in designing e-learning content using tools like Articulate 360 or similar
• Proven ability to create user-friendly training materials from complex processes
