Provide specialized nursing care as an LTAC/Telemetry Registered Nurse, ensuring patient safety and quality outcomes through expert clinical judgment and leadership. Responsibilities:
• Administer comprehensive nursing care to patients utilizing telemetry monitoring and ventilator/trach expertise.
• Use critical thinking and clinical judgment to anticipate patient needs and plan safe, effective care.
• Maintain and update clinical competencies through ongoing education.
• Delegate nursing tasks appropriately and oversee assigned personnel to ensure high standards in patient care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
Qualifications/Desired Experience:
• Registered Nurse licensed in Missouri (single-state or multi-state RN license required).
• Minimum of 2 to 5 years of clinical nursing experience, specifically in telemetry and LTAC settings.
• Certified in ACLS and BLS through the American Heart Association.
• Demonstrated proficiency with ventilator and tracheostomy care.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to prioritize care and supervise team members effectively.
