Traveler Success Specialist Remote | Full-Time | Non-Exempt Role Summary The Traveler Success Specialist plays a key role in delivering a seamless experience for travel clinicians by supporting payroll inquiries, ensuring accurate documentation, and partnering closely with recruiting and operations teams. This role blends customer support, operational coordination, and payroll/billing assistance, requiring strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering a high-quality experience. Works Closely With Recruiters, Recruitment Leaders, Payroll, Accounting, Operations, and Customer Support teams to ensure accurate pay, compliant submissions, and a strong clinician experience. Key Responsibilities - Serve as the primary point of contact for clinician payroll inquiries, including pay, stipends, deductions, and pay statements - Troubleshoot and resolve payroll and billing discrepancies in partnership with internal teams - Perform payroll and billing corrections while managing critical deadlines - Support recruiting teams by preparing submission-ready resumes and ensuring candidate profiles meet client requirements - Audit candidate documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance - Manage inbound communication across chat, phone, and messaging platforms - Provide professional, empathetic support and de-escalate sensitive situations when needed - Assist with lead engagement efforts and route qualified candidates to recruiting teams - Maintain accurate documentation across systems and ensure compliance standards are met - Identify opportunities to improve workflows and enhance the overall traveler experience - Uphold our Core Values Required Qualifications - Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills - Excellent communication and customer service abilities - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment - High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy - Ability to navigate multiple systems and platforms - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) - Ability to handle sensitive conversations with professionalism and empathy Preferred Qualifications - Experience supporting payroll, billing, or financial inquiries - Experience in staffing, healthcare staffing, or recruiting operations - Experience with UKG, CRM systems, or customer communication platforms Core Values Own Your Relationships – Be someone others can count on Own the Outcome – Deliver results through accountability and follow-through Obsess Over the Experience – Make every interaction meaningful Act with Integrity & Respect – Do what’s right, always Comp & Benefits $20-$22 per hour - Benefits (Start Day 1!): Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, and Long-Term Disability Short-Term Disability, Accident, Critical Illness Legal Assistance, Identity Protection, Pet Coverage Retirement Plan with Employer Match Generous vacation plan + 8.5 paid holidays Why You’ll Love This Role You’ll be at the center of the traveler experience—supporting clinicians, partnering across teams, and making a direct impact on both accuracy and satisfaction.
