UI/UX Designer I (Full Time) - United States

As a UI/UX Designer I, you will shape the look and feel of digital products, create intuitive interfaces, and support user research initiatives to enhance customer interactions with technology. Responsibilities - Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes to communicate design ideas effectively to stakeholders and engineering teams - Support user research initiatives, including usability testing and competitive analysis, to gather insights that drive design improvements - Utilize and contribute to our design system to ensure visual and functional consistency across various platforms and products - Participate in design reviews and critiques, providing and receiving constructive feedback to refine design solutions and ensure high-quality delivery Skills - Completion within the past 3 years, or current enrollment with expected completion within 12 months, of a Bachelor's degree program.
